Comfort

• The VEGA flow water heater is comprises a combined armature supplied by Mertik (Germany), enabling the heater to be activated even with water flow as low as 2.5 l/min.
• The Mertik armature also features the function of an automatic regulation of pre-set temperature which is very important in case the water pressure in the water mains drops down.

Economy

• In the category of gas water heaters, VEGA offers the highest efficiency in the world, i.e. almost 92 %
• Thanks to the low but high-efficiency exchanger, the heater begins heating water by 15 % faster than any other heater.

Reliability

Reliability is guaranteed thanks to a number of sophisticated design solutions:

• Unlike in solutions used by all other manufacturers, the combined Mertik armature is of a lever design. This principle helps avoid a problem most usually encountered by flow heaters, i.e. water flow through an untight point where the water and gas armature are connected, which requires the replacement of the entire component.
• The exchanger pipeline is provided with special swirl vanes preventing from scale build-up inside the exchanger inner walls and guaranteeing fast water heating.
• The exchanger is made of pipes with the diameter of 18 mm which not only helps significantly reduce salt sedimentation but also provides effective cooling of the exchanger walls to avoid overheating of the heater walls.

Safety

• High reliability and safety of the appliance in connection with the CE European standard
• Water temperature regulation preventing from water overheating in the heat exchanger
• Thanks to the reverse thrust protection piece, combustion gases cannot enter the room even if the chimney gets clogged
• The flame safety device monitors the proper functioning of the main and ignition burner
• The heater will not allow the main burner to activate without the presence of water
